UPDATE: Thank you Stone Gate for your response. In your response you stated you "would truly appreciate the opportunity to speak with me directly and make this right." I have tried several times. I called on the following: 2/24/26: emailed and phone call. Ana (owner stated things would be taken care of with a complimentary salad and one of the owners would attend the rehearsal and wedding - none of this happened. 3/7/26: Wedding - you were not there 3/9/26: Called and was told the owner was unavailable. 3/16/26: Called and voicemail was full so left an email. Ana called me back and we discussed the breach of contract. Ana said she would get back to me. 3/20/26: Called and was told Ana would call me back. I still have not received a call back. I have left my cell phone number several times. I truly hope you can follow through and make this right. I look forward to hearing from you. We recently held my daughter’s wedding at this venue, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The only positive thing I can say is that the venue itself is beautiful. From the beginning, the planning process was very disorganized. Throughout the process we went through five different wedding coordinators because staff members either quit or were fired. Because of this, we were constantly given different answers and no one seemed to know the details of our event. During one of our scheduled consultations, my daughter happened to call the coordinator beforehand to confirm the appointment. We were told that the person we were meeting with no longer worked there, and no one had contacted us to let us know. Since we had already paid our deposit and reserved our rehearsal and wedding dates, we had to call the venue ourselves while we were on our way there just to find out if someone would be available. The staff told us they weren’t sure but said we could still come in. Every time we met with someone new — and even when we met with the same gentleman, Johnny — they had no idea what our wedding date and times were or what décor had been selected. It was extremely frustrating to repeatedly explain everything. I eventually contacted the owner directly to express my concerns. I was assured that everything would be handled properly, that one of the owners or managers would attend the rehearsal and wedding, and that we would receive a complimentary salad at the reception to make up for the many inconveniences. Unfortunately, none of this happened. Abbi, the wedding planner who was there initially, was very nice and helpful, but she left halfway through the event without telling us. Another staff member took over who clearly had no idea what was going on. The reception service was also very disappointing. The food was cold. The pizzas were brought out in pizza boxes, which looked very unprofessional, and they were burnt and cold. At first I honestly thought someone had ordered delivery pizza. The éclairs appeared to come from Sam’s Club and were frozen. The promised cheesecake bites, salad, and silverware were missing. Guest had to eat with their fingers. Guests were given two different cheap paper plates (felt like they scrambled to find some), which felt very out of place given the beautiful setting and the cost of the venue. I went to ask the staff where the cheesecake bites and salad were, and they looked completely confused. Eventually cheesecake bites were brought out, but the promised salad never appeared. We chose this venue and paid a significant amount of money because of its beauty and because we were assured that they would handle the details so we could enjoy the day. Unfortunately, it seemed like no one involved had a clear understanding of our event. While the venue itself is stunning, the organization, communication, and service were extremely disappointing, and based on our experience, I would not recommend spending this amount of money on a venue that does not follow through on what is promised.

Johnny was absolutely wonderful to work with. He made my fiancé and I feel right at home thorough the entire planning process, and knew exactly how to help with the vision we had in mind. Highly recommend Stone Gate to anyone looking for a venue, especially for the Latino community!

What an incredible experience! My friends and I came here for a Galentine’s get together and we had such a good time! The building was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the tea was so yummy! I normally don’t even like tea, but their selection was so delightful. They had an assortment of black, green, and herbal teas, so there was something for everyone. On top of this all, the staff was incredible. Every single staff member was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. We didn’t even finish our tea before deciding that we need to book our next tea time. 10/10!

Came here for their Valentine’s Day high tea and had an absolute blast! The decor was fantastic, there was live music, and the food was delicious! I highly recommend this place for a date or fun outing with the gals.
